Franklin Road Christian School is seeking individuals that have the education and experience necessary to accomplish the vision and goals we have established at FRCS. Candidates should be dynamic teachers and dedicated professionals who would like to take long-term leadership in developing curriculum that combines excellent pedagogy and a Christian worldview. FRCS is in the midst of creating an innovative, best practice-learning environment where teachers are professionals who work together to cull the best from traditional and current educational practice. The right person will have vision and energy, will be confident in sharing his or her Christian faith and will desire to work with a team of colleagues. The teacher will possess strong classroom management and positive discipline skills.

FRCS exists to educate students in the arts and sciences in the context of the historic Christian faith by developing intellectual ability, nurturing spiritual and moral growth, encouraging creativity, and instilling a desire to serve God and others.
